Directions
Open the bottle and use as directed by a professional aromatherapist or according to general aromatherapy guidelines. For diffusion, add a few drops to a diffuser and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. For topical use, dilute with a carrier oil before applying to the skin. For inhalation, add a few drops to a personal inhaler or inhale directly from the bottle.
