Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
Thank you for choosing Lactation Station Florida. We aim to get your motherhood and baby essentials to you as quickly as possible, whether you are picking up at our Oviedo clinic or having items shipped to your door.
1. Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day.
- Handling Time: Most orders are prepared for shipment or pickup within 1–2 business days.
- Operating Days: Our shipping department processes orders Monday–Friday. While our retail shop is open on weekends for appointments, shipping and carrier pickups do not occur on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays.
2. Local Pickup (Oviedo, FL)
We offer Free Local Pickup for all online orders at our store.
- Pickup Location: 1351 Alafaya Trail, #1005, Oviedo, FL 32765, United States.
- Standard Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (Weekend pickup is available by request during standard shop hours).
- How it works: You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email notification. Please wait for this email before arriving.
- Requirements: Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation.
- Pickup Window: Items must be picked up within 10 days.
- Unclaimed Orders: Items not picked up within 10 days will be automatically canceled. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the items will be returned to our active inventory.
3. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Standard Shipping (4–9 Days):
- Orders $0.00 – $74.99: $6.95 Flat Rate
- Orders $75.00 and over: FREE
- Carrier: We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage to ensure reliable tracking.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as your label is created.
- Lost/Damaged Items: If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days at contact@lactationstationfl.com (as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy). Please include photos of the damaged packaging and product to assist with our carrier claim.
5. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Because we aim for a 1–2 business day handling time, please contact contact@lactationstationfl.com immediately to make modifications to your order. Once a shipping label has been created and the order has been processed, we cannot redirect packages or modify the address.
6. Important Notes for Health Items
- HSA/FSA Eligibility: Many of our products (breast pumps, certain supplies) are HSA/FSA eligible. Please check with your provider for specific coverage details.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
