We collect information to provide you with expert lactation support and to fulfill your retail orders.

  • Retail Data: When you purchase from our Store, we collect your name, shipping address, email, and phone number to fulfill your order via Square, PayPal and ShipStation.

  • Clinical Data: If you book a consultation, your health information is collected directly through PracticeQ. This data is protected under HIPAA and is stored separately from our retail database.

2. Payment Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

All retail payments are processed through Square and PayPal.

  • For your convenience, you may choose to securely save your credit or debit card information for future transactions. This information is stored as an encrypted token by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • Square handles your payment information in accordance with their own security standards and PCI compliance.

  • PayPal handles your payment information in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to enhance your shopping experience and for site analytics.

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the shopping cart and login functionality.

  • Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.
