What breast shield size should I use?

How do I clean my parts?
There are only 4 parts to clean, making it very easy. Just place on top rack of dishwasher or in a separate washing basin for handwashing. Tip: Rinse the soft yellow membrane under running water after dishwashing. You can also disinfect using QuickClean Microwave bags per the instructions.
How do I know when to charge my pump?
Color indicates remaining battery charge. Green: At least 60 minutes of pumping left; Yellow: At least 40 minutes of pumping left; Red: Low battery, complete current pumping session; before starting a new session, charge the battery completely.
