Directions
Use immediately after childbirth and change after each bathroom trip. To use, remove the pad from its packaging, peel off the adhesive backing, and place the pad in your underwear with the adhesive side down, ensuring it covers the entire perineal area. For best results, use within 2 hours of childbirth and change every 2-4 hours or as needed. After use, dispose of the pad in the trash and wash your hands thoroughly.
