  • Professional Support: Lactation Station Florida LLC provides IBCLC lactation consultations and wellness services.

  • Booking Portal: Clinical appointments are managed via PracticeQ, a HIPAA-compliant third-party platform. By clicking “Book Now,” you will be directed to this secure environment.

  • Medical Disclaimer: All content on this Website is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician for any medical concerns.

2. E-Commerce & Retail Transactions

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated based on your Florida shipping address and displayed at checkout.

  • Payments: We accept major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards via Square. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider at the time of purchase.

  • Stored Payment Methods: By selecting “Save payment method,” you authorize the secure storage of a payment token for your future use. This information is managed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. You are responsible for managing, updating, or deleting these saved methods within your customer account dashboard.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, inaccuracies in product descriptions, or stock unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

  • Inventory Sync: Our inventory reflects both our physical Oviedo location and our online stock. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately.

5. Intellectual Property & Conduct

  • Ownership: All logos, text, and images are the property of Lactation Station Florida LLC.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use this site for fraudulent transactions, to spread malicious code, or to scrape data. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Lactation Station Florida LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
