Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
Thank you for choosing Lactation Station Florida. We aim to get your motherhood and baby essentials to you as quickly as possible, whether you are picking up at our Oviedo clinic or having items shipped to your door.
1. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day.

Handling Time: Most orders are prepared for shipment or pickup within 1–2 business days.

Operating Days: We process orders Monday–Friday. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays.
2. Local Pickup (Oviedo, FL)
We offer Free Local Pickup for all online orders at our professional clinic.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

How it works: You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email notification. Please wait for this email before arriving.

Requirements: Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (digital or printed).

Pickup Window: Items must be picked up within 10 business days.
3. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We currently ship to the Continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or US Territories at this time.

Carrier: We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage to ensure reliable tracking.
4. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as your label is created.

Lost/Damaged Items: If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@lactationstationfl.com.
5. Important Notes for Health Items

HSA/FSA Eligibility: Many of our products (breast pumps, certain supplies) are HSA/FSA eligible. Please check with your provider for specific coverage details.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our facility.
