Orders and Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You can create an account during checkout or by using the “My Account” option on our website. Creating an account allows you to view your order history and manage your details more easily.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Between orders, you can update your shipping address at any time by logging into My Account. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

No. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
All payments are securely processed through Square. If you choose to save your payment method, it is handled using secure tokenization technology.

Yes. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and is displayed at checkout in accordance with Florida tax regulations.

We currently ship within the Continental United States only and do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Orders may ship in one or multiple packages, depending on item availability and shipping logistics.
If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking information will be provided by email.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, some products are final sale. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used breast pumps, personal care items, and supplements are final sale.
Unopened breast pumps with the original factory seal intact may be eligible for return.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and item.
We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

All returns require Return Authorization (RA) before being sent back.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email. Items sent without authorization will not be processed.

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.
If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll do our best to help.
